NEW INCOMING STAFF WORK FLOW

step 1 Fill new employee form This employee form is for update HR and management about staff inforamtion

step 2 Request uniform Refer Branch manager to request uniform, 
provide below information
1. staff full name
2. staff branch
3. staff uniform size
4. staff uniform qty
step 3 INFO‐TECH after you complete the step 1, within 1-2 days HR will create the info‐tech account for new staff for your attendance.
therefore you need use he personal e‐mail (that provided at Step 1) to proceed login
kindly refer back own e‐mail to set Log in Password

SITUATION Description what manager need to know what manager need to do
SITUATION 1 item out of stock

1. check with customer, can replace similar model or not ?

2. check with product manager, is the stock can order or not?

If both answer is NO, then may proceed refund

request customer full details as below,

1. full name as IC
2. IC number
3. bank name
4. bank account
5. E-mail

refund ONLY can refund to the same person that made pruchase

please use below template e-mail out get Mr.Sim Approval for refund.

SITUATION 2 item EOL not able fulfil

1. check with customer, can replace similar model or not ?

2. check with product manager, is the stock can order or not?

If both answer is NO, then may proceed refund

SITUATION 3 customer complaint item not working properly

check with customer is fullset box complete?

If yes, please ask customer send back the item in to RMA department to QC.

if after QC still not able make customer statific, may proceed refund.

SITUATION 4 Customer complaint to consumer court

check with customer is fullset box complete?

If yes, please ask customer send back the item in to RMA department to QC.

if after QC still not able make customer statific, may proceed refund.

for thos no receive stock more than 3 days, will proceed PENATLY CHARGE RM5 per transaction.

The main reason we want you guys upodate offday, due to we can faster calculate your salary, therefore if we know is your offday we can proceed faster to calculate the salary.
